When a CCTV camera suspended from a building's ceiling malfunctions, the inconvenience is significant, as a worker must manually climb up to perform repairs.
OTS (CEO Song Mu-sang), a company specializing in information and communications, recently developed and released a "CCTV Auto-Lift" that allows such high-mounted cameras to be easily lowered and raised.

The greatest advantage of this auto-lift is that it enables convenient replacement and maintenance of CCTV cameras installed in dangerous or high locations. It is designed so that the CCTV can be raised or lowered with simple transceiver operations. Through remote control, users can not only lift the video surveillance camera up and down but also control its direction and zoom (PTZ). Furthermore, it is engineered to allow easy real-time video playback via wireless communication to check the repair status and general condition.
OTS also completed the patent application related to the auto-lift device for CCTV after-sales service on the 8th. Moving forward, OTS plans to pursue continuous technological development in alignment with the "Guidelines for CCTV Installation and Operation."
"The current situation regarding the safety of maintenance personnel at industrial facilities is insufficient," said CEO Song Mu-sang. "Installing this device can significantly reduce both initial construction costs and ongoing maintenance expenses."
